 - Paid by credit card got tom gate attendant told me I had to pay again scam

 - On Saturday, November 25, 2017 parked in the Waterfront Clematis Garage for less than one hour 1031 am until 1112 am. There was no attendant. Price was posted as you enter the garage $2.00 for the first hour. Upon leaving, used the payment machine to pay, was charged $5.00. Over charged and could not find anyone or phone number to correct.
