- I had made a reservation for 15 days beginning April 11, 2020 while we would be on a transatlanic cruise and short stay in London. We canceled our cruise and have contacted the parking facility for a refund. They said no refund would be given, only a credit. I further explained that my husband and I are in our 70's and my husband has stage 4 colon cancer, and are not planning any future travel. Still refused a refund. I find this policy to be reprehensible. No my idea of customer service. I would give negative stars if possible.
