- I am super grateful for the service provided by Shantavia in the parking garage across from the AC Marriot hotel. She was extremely helpful in sorting out a credit card problem. She called twice to followup with me throughout the day. It is not always common to come across such a great City of Tallahassee employee but she was super helpful. The other colleagues were great, just can't recall their names.
