- The service I received today by Mark was HORRIBLE. After paying $24 for 1 hour of parking, the clerk (Mark) asked for my driver’s licenses. I refused to give it to him because I had already paid the $24 dollars and there was NO reason he needed to see my DL. When I asked him why he needed my DL, because I have never been asked for drivers licenses when exiting the parking garage, he would not tell me. Still he refused to let me leave and started writing down my licenses plate number and would not give me my receipt. The moment he heard me call the police and they we on their way (because holding me against my will is against the law) he gave me my receipt. I was late returning for work and I was livid at the harassment and treatment that I receive today. I hope no one else ever receives that kind of treatment and hope that he is reprimanded for his behavior.
