- I was leaving the Overpark garage after parking for 3 hours. At the exit gate where the machine takes you credit card payment I scanned my ticket and my credit card. The screen then said it was working and nothing else happened for about 3 minutes. After poking a the touch screen for a while I was able to repeat the process with the same result and was about to give up when my payment was finally accepted. Meanwhile I was scanning the signage for a phone number to call but there was none. The only contact info was a web URL. I felt like a hostage with no recourse. Pathetic. There should at least be a phone to call.
