- Horrible lot. The building next to it has their tenets park in the permit spots even though they have signs designating where to park. Parking services also hardly patrols the lot leaving no enforcement on these people. Additionally, the city sells more spots for the lot then there are spaces leaving the lot almost always full. While the price is cheap compared to the lot just a block away you have almost no chance of getting a spot between 8am and 3pm.
