 - This is without the cheapest parking garage in dayton. The Elevator is constantly broken and the stairwell is full of homeless people and urin. It smells awful. Since the Elevator is constantly broken you might have to walk through urine or over homeless people in the stairwell. I have also seen many cars broken into if left over night.
