 - If you are handicapped DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE! It is not uncommon for the elevators to not work. There is NO EXCUSE for the city to not do a better job of maintaining the elevators. I pay over $47 a month to park in the garage as well as several hundred other people. The city is making a fortune off this parking garage because they certainly do NOT maintain it. The elevator lobbys are filthy too.
