- Their system wouldn't read my ticket. Nobody was at the garage office to help, so I hit the button for assistance. The woman told me that my ticket had already been paid for, and basically called me a liar when I told her it had been in my wallet at the time it was supposed to have been paid for. Charged me full rate. Turns out that the ticket I received cut off a portion of the bar code, so presumably someone else cancelled my ticket. Don't appreciate being called a liar when the problem was their fault and they still can't explain how I'm holding a ticket that was supposedly used.
