 - NO EXCUSES! OVER ONE HOUR TO GET OUT IF THIS GARAGE!! Made going to a nice event at Memminger auditorium a sour experience! Should have staffed better! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

 - The parking attendant is the least friendly person I have ever encountered. Instead of being helpful he came to my car and snatched my parking receipt from my hand mumbling that I no longer needed it since it was 8:58 and he wasn't going to take my card. He then waited while I walked across the street to the ATM and made degrading comments when I had to put a 20 in the machine for a 7 dollar ticket. I work right across the street and will not be using the deck ever again.
