 - It seems pretty basic to me, and all of this is written on the sign. You must have a ticket and it must be validated. No receipts accepted. The following is not written of the sign, but is my suggestion; if the machine isn't working and the gate is open, plan to pay $30 if you choose to park anyway.

 - BEWARE!!!!!! These people are professional ripoff artists I went to Smee's restaurant since they said they validate when I went i not the parking lot the gaye was open so I naively thought that they must record my car going in in another way When I went to leave the attendant said that I owe $30 is nice I didn't have a ticket I paid it and am now dealing with my bank on a fraud issue DONT GO THERE EVER

 - The staff is racist to good paying locals. People like me that rent monthly parking spaces get treated like white ni****s why? I pay 55$ a month and check on my space as needed .

 - I went to the movie and the machine at the parking garage was not working and the gate was up. I thought I could tell them after the movie, they charged me for a full days parking and threated to call the police and have me arrested if I didn't pay. I had a movie ticket showing the time of the movie I went to, these people are criminals. I filed a police report.

 - Had a receipt for a dinner we had last night. They wouldn't let us use the receipt and refused to explain why. A receipt has the date and time you ate... why is this less valid than a stamp? Also, why can you use a movie ticket to get free parking, but you need a stamp on your ticket for eating? Makes no sense. I just want an explanation. Tried calling twice and didn't get through to anyone. Ridiculous that this is how they operate.

 - Almost always park here when I go downtown. It's conveniently located!

 - The parking attendant on the right hand side of the exit tonight at 7:45 p.m. should be terminated. I had just left Campo where I had spent over $200 and he would not honor my receipt and charged me full price for parking. He was very rude stating "we don't take receipts, we haven't for years." He has no customer service skills whatsoever. I am a 40 year resident of Reno and have spent thousands of dollars over the years at the theatre and restaurants in that area. I have never been treated like that before at this parking garage. I had family in from out of town. I was embarrassed and quite frankly, angered and ashamed of what I consider my hometown. I think you should train your employees to be more considerate of locals! What difference is there between a validated parking ticket and a dated and time stamped receipt from a neighboring restaurant? Duh....nothing!!
