Enter this location at 999 Waterside Dr. This is the entrance address for the Dominion Tower garage, operated by Lanier Parking. It is located on the south/right-hand side of E Water St. (a one-way street). From the intersection of St. Pauls Blvd. and E Waterside Dr., head south on St. Pauls Blvd, which turns into E Water St. The road will curve to the left, and the entrance to the Dominion Tower garage will be on your right-hand side.

 - Very difficult to use website. I'm trying to get a receipt for reimbursement and can't find anything from the parking garage. Really just not a professional system at all. WE NEED RECEIPTS.

 - I entered this parking garage for the 2022 Military Recognition Reception on Wednesday, August 3rd. They just started some BS system where the parking attendant says you have to call a phone number and then press a number on your keypad that corresponds to the gated lane you are entering into the garage from. The BS system sends you a text message through which you pay your parking fee and then call the number again when you leave. Except that they don’t disclose the $0.75 “technology fee” that is tacked onto your parking fee. You don’t actually find put about it until you’re already into the garage. I will be contacting the company to get the $0.75 back. It may seem insignificant but in principle, it’s just wrong to tack on hidden charges.
