 - Tonight, at the time to leave the parking lot, we had the worst experience ever!!!! It took us over two hours to pay and be able to get out of such a terrible, hot, stopped traffic. I recommend that you change your system about paying at the exit! Also, force, Right turn only after exiting! in conclusion, I would never park there again!! Awful experience after such a great firework show.

 - I used your lot- had my parking validated. The guy at Rollboto even went online and entered my ticket, "in case they gave me a hard time." ??? Well the guy still charged me, told me $4 off was a discount because there was an "event" but he couldn't tell me what the event was. You're captive-he won't let you out until you pay. I feel like I got ripped off and I'm pissed. Convienent parking so you rip people off, very nice
