- 4/13/17 9:36pm - After my husbands birthday dinner at Tucano's we were leaving the garage and the machine at the exit wasn't working, which was fine, but the lady running the exit was the absolute worst. She was obviously annoyed that we were paying with a card instead of cash because she had to walk, at most, 10 steps to the booth to run the card. We gave our card and it declined. We gave another, again it declined. We had to finally ask if it was because they were Discover cards. That's when she told us Discover wasn't accepted. She told us that she would take quarters if we had it. I handed a visa to her because we didn't have cash (obviously, hence us trying to pay with a card) she then responded with "oh, ok". I have never been so appalled at someone's lack of customer service in my life. I understand getting frustrated at some things, but to take it out on other people and ruin their night is a whole different thing. She should not be working in customer service. Too bad it's my husbands birthday and that's how we had to end our day.
