- The location to Golden One is awesome. They do not, however, have an elevator. All info I found on this parking garage states it is handicap accessible. There were a couple handicap spots on the ground floor, but if they’re full, you are out of luck. I paid $25 for reserve tickets to take my 87 year old mom to a Kings game. She uses a walker. She cannot negotiate several flights of stairs. It needs to be specified that there is only stair access to the upper garage floor levels and no elevator!
