 - it was easy to park

 - Checked the web-site it said $18 per day. However, at the entrance it says $23. Guess which one you will have to pay!!!!

 - I have cruised out of many ports in US, by far Parking here is way overpriced!
- John D.
 - If you park here, exact rate is until 30m free, until 1hour 4$..I don't remember one-day rate.
- Jinwon C.
 - The information regarding the parking rates are very inaccurate. I called Carnival cruise and the representative told me that the parking rate is $20 PER DAY. That means, If you're going on a 4-day cruise and planning to leave your vehicle there for 4 days, you're going to pay $80.

 - We took a four day cruise. On returning we found someone had got into our SUV and stole the back seats out of the car. It has been a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone there to ask if there are any cameras or help for us to file our insurance claim. It seems to my husband and I that this happens often. The Long Beach police said it is a big problem. Beware when parking there!

 - Before I left home I checked Carnival Cruise Line's GIBS INC 231 Windsor Way, Long Beach Terminal Parking which stated $17 per day. When I got to the Cruise Terminal it was posted $20 per day. Upon leave the I was CHARGED $20/DAY (April 27, 2018). Their ticket agent collecting the fees at the exit off no solution - just said it changed. When you call the phone number listed it is Carnival Cruiseline's number.

 - The information provided is grossly inaccurate, I call the telephone number provided to check that the information was up to date and accurate. It is not I don't know if it ever was. The correct amount that they charge is $17 for the first day and $18 for each additional day. This information is accurate as of February 2018

 - Awesome! Jj

 - The parking was not a problem it was getting out of the lot. I paid for expedited entry and departure for my cruise. Did me no good trying to get out. It took us less time getting off of the ship than trying to get out of the lot. No one at the booth to pay. My husband had to get off and walk over to alert staff that we need to pay to get out. Finally showed up and took her time counting her money and then finally let us out. 20 min trying to get out of the lot. Cust service line is a joke. No response or email.

 -  We took a four-day cruise on Carnival ship's and left our vehicle in the parking lot when we returned we found our van door open and The dome light left on somebody broke in and when I asked the Porter for a battery jump he told me he would not give me a jump un-less I put $25 in his hand totally crooked

 - I can't believe we've been waiting in a line in our car for 1hour and we haven't even whent down one floor we have 3 more to go just to leave the parking lot this is so horrible what could possibly take this long for people to pay and leave don't ever park here pay some where else it's worth the walk or and uber back from the ship to a different lot
