- My company leases parking spaces in this garage. It is poorly maintained from an aesthetic standpoint as well as mechanical. The Sandridge Facilities manager, Ed Cordell, is downright rude when concerns are brought to his attention. Be careful in the east-most elevator. It hasn't been working right in weeks and multiple folks I've spoken to have been trapped anywhere from 20-30 minutes. He considers notifications of the incidents "complaints".
