- Very unpleasant experience. The card I used to get in was valid but wouldn't activate the Exit arm. Tried several times plus tried again on the Entry side and it worked fine. After several attempts a local police officer was able to unlock the gate so I could leave. I tried calling the number listed due to concerns about being repeatedly charged for using my card but it wasn't a working number. After some searching the next day, I finally got a hold of a manager. I explained the situation and that I got double charged ($3) and she said that $3 isn't a big deal and if I want to file a complaint I can but nothing is going to happen. Uhhh really?? I understand $3 isn't a lot but it's the principal of the matter that should be corrected. I've parked here before and never had an issue. Very poor experience this time and incredibly poor follow-up customer experience.
