 - My car was parked here overnight 8/7/21. I was staying at hotel indigo after a leg surgery, when I went to get my car the next morning the windows were shattered and my belongings stolen. This garage is not secure. I never saw an attendant the entire time, I still have not been able to get in contact with the garage. It makes me sick: now driving back home 8 hours without windows.

 - I entered the garage only to find no spaces available. All available spaces were reserved for companies. I exited the garage. No attendant on duty. I had to pay $2 to get out of the garage. The fee schedule printed on this website states $1 for the first 20 minutes. I was only in the garage long enough to go to the top floor and then exit. I wasn't in the building more than 5-10 minutes. I was charged twice what the fee schedule stated. It was very frustrating. Submitted 09/19/19

 - Our car was broken into on the 3rd floor right by the elevators. There were three guys in the stairwell smoking and talking and stated that they worked there and when i told them what happened they just said sorry and walked away. I thought a parking garage would be safer then the street but i guess i was wrong. Still had to pay to leave there. Police only took a report by phone. No camara's to catch the thieves. My husband thinks it was the guys who claimed to work there that were in the stair well sitting and smoking.
