- This garage has white paint/adhesive that falls from the ceiling and stains the exterior of your vehicle when it rains. This substance is practically impossible to get off and another parker that I spoke with has a lawsuit going regarding. The past two times I have parked in it, it was full but nothing had indicated it as such. Although I would have been to work early, I ended up driving up and down six flights of the garage to try to locate the open spot that in fact did not exist, and ended up having to go to a different garage and do the same which caused me to be late for work twice now in the past week. If you have a vehicle you don't care about or a job that allows you to be late, this is a great place to park. If that doesn't apply, you're better off paying the extra dollar or two elsewhere.
