 - I parked here seeing $3/hour and paid I was charged $12. How, when my ticket reads 22:13 and out 1:13...that's 3 hours exactly...3x3 is $9 so why was I overcharged. Nowhere get help on this, nowhere! Yeah, $3, but why lie about it! I have ticket to prove it!
