 - The parking attendant at the gate could barely be bothered to do his job and begrudgingly got off his phone when I asked him a question. Horrible customer service, especially considering the price. I wish I could say that was the worst part. Levels are poorly lit with homeless people on various floors wandering, sleeping, or scratching cars in their delirium. Even had someone try to pry my door and trunk locks (unsuccessfully) but managed to wreck the paint. Of course, no cameras on the non-valet floors; unsurprisingly, staff were of little to no help. The elevators smell and have a variety of fluids on the floor. Save yourself the trouble and park elsewhere.

 - Our car windows were smashed in with glass everywhere. Nothing was in the car. Nothing there to be stolen. Horrible place and horrible customer service on spot hero’s end. Stay away.

 - My Car was broken into one night. Scummy area, scummy town. Police took hours to arrive.

 - Easy to find using Google directions. I parked there for a concert at the Pepsi Center. About a 20 minute walk. I made a reservation from home using ParkMe, so I paid in advance. Very convenient.

 - Worst parking garage ever! I paid $43 dollars only to get stuck behind a gate that wouldn't open after I paid my fee. There was no attendant present (at 4pm on a Saturday) to open the gate. I called the number they had listed on the window, only to get an answering machine. I ended up having to call the non-emergent police number for assistance. By this point, it had been about an hour of being trapped behind the gate, and 3 cars were behind me waiting, as well. Finally a parking attendant showed up (dressed in street clothes, not a uniform) to let us out. He did not apologize or refund me or anyone else waiting. What a rip off. I will never ever park there again. I hope you don't either.
