 - The sign said "Early Bird $9 before 9AM" but when I was leaving under 3 hours, it charged $35. Complete rip-off. Obviously, no one picks up the phone there for complaint. Need to dispute this with Amex card

 - Infuriating parking experience! This ramp is almost ALWAYS over-sold! Do not pay for parking in advance because most of the time you will drive through the entire lot only to not get a spot. Garage is dirty and not maintained. Spots are too small for the average car. And people are often smoking next to their cars creating a fog of cancer for everyone else. I only park here when I can because it’s close to my exit route out of the torn up downtown area!

 - me too. $33. When the site says daily max is $20, there's something wrong. And no, there was no qualifying event to trigger event parking rates. And I work in the building. First time I've used onsite parking. Contract parking locks the rate in. Otherwise it's a blank check when you pull in. The occasional users get fleeced. And dirty, filthy, trash piled in the corners, generally gross. If there were negative stars, they'd get 3 from me.

 - I had the same issue as the other reviewer: parked for 1 hour and 10 minutes and was charged $33. The rates listed on this site are not accurate. 0 - 15 minutes = $10.00 16 - 30 minutes = $20.00 31 - 45 minutes = $25.00 46 - 60 minutes = $30.00 61 minutes - 24 hours = $33.00 Weekdays after 4pm and weekends appear to be $5 per day. The only signage I could find that showed the rates was posted below the kiosk where you get your ticket upon entering the garage. Which - conveniently for these thieves - is positioned where it would be very difficult to notice or read while seated in your car.
