I write to you to report an incident at Miami's Cocowalk parking garage. We arrived this afternoon at 5:27pm and the machine was not working; however the attendant wrote down the time. As we were ready to leave the person who was working at the gate kept charging the wrong amount after being explained that the ticket was validated at the movie. She was asked to call her manager and she said she would not. It just happened that the manager was walking by and came over to we were. As she got closer, the attendant referred to my friend and I as, and I quote "your people". I assume she meant to say Hispanics as the manager as also hispanic. In addition to that she said "and I don't know who is the boy or the girl". My friend and I are both males.
This type of behavior is unacceptable from anyone. I hope this type of employee is not a reflection of your company. Any racial slur and and sexual condescension is not acceptable.

P.S. as I write this I also want to mention that manager was very professional during the whole process.
