1732 James Ave Parking Lot

 - I do not recommend this parking lot.Dereck the manager is the minest guy I ever seen ,he doesn’t know how to talk with customers.

 - AVOID the lot! - Agree with the other review on shady business. 1. They advertise to accept credit cards, but DO NOT when you get there. I parked the car for 4 consecutive days, the attendant LUIS asked for $100 in cash upfront and said they do not accept cards. 2. The car was returned DIRTY with WHITE PAINT all over the car. I washed it twice -until the car wash attendant pointed out that this is PAINT (not as I believed "bird poop")... I called the management twice to report and asked them to fix this. Twice Anthony (Tony) answered the phone and promised the management would call back. They still have not called back. - I have spent $90 to get my car back in the condition it was when I dropped it off. There is a public parking garage just two blocks north- it is worth walking the extra blocks - or pay your hotel the higher price.

 - I do not recommend this parking lot, because it is horrible! I picked up the car from the airport rental center and parked in there-- with full tank of gas. The day after when I picked up my car from the parking lot, I found out that there was only 75% gas! And a lot of things in there were moved and my coat was missing! I asked them, they said it was because they moved cars, a lot! I do not think this excuse is convincing because this amount of gas can make me from Miami to Key West! Maybe it was just an individual move, but it was really horrible.

 - Easy in and easy out when I wanted within 24 hr reservation
