 - We had the worst experience after parking here when going to the Atlanta Aquarium. We went Sunday, May 15th and when we were it was considered after hours even though the sign stated the garage closed later! So we get to door it directs you to go to after hours and the security was less than helpful and extremely RUDE! Then when leaving we were unable to exit the garage for approximately 20 minutes because every gate we went was locked and closed and every time we pulled up and rang to be let out the security woman directed to another gate another button to press! After her getting extremely rude opening a gate and then telling us to go to another one because that one was locked she proceeded to not answer when we push the button at the gate she directed us to that time and then we had to call the police and then she finally open the gate when she heard us on the phone with the cops which is completely unacceptable especially when we both had young children in our vehicles and we paid for two cars to park in that garage which cost us $40! I am completely unsatisfied with this parking facility and extremely disappointed in the way the security staff acted and would like to see something done about it because that was really unacceptable especially when we let the woman know that we had two young children in our cars!

 - Great for Children's Museum (tho we usually find free parking). However it was $20, cash only to an attendant, which felt like a scam, but he explained how it was legit. It said "Event parking $20" but what event? The attendant himself said nothing was going on except the Children's museum. So a bit of a rip off, but extremely convenient for children's museum (if you can't find street parking 1 or two blocks over to the north.

 - I was overcharged at this parking garage! The rate I remember is $9 day or no more since I was going to be there for the Aquarium and was charged $12 and didn't get a receipt.

 - Charged me 12$ for 2 hours...max daily rate is $10 among other parking lots. Hate to be ripped off
