- I entered the lot at 10 minutes til 5 pm on 11/17/2015. I left the lot at 8:23 pm the same evening. According to the posted rates I should have been charged for 1 15 minute segment before 5 pm ($2) and the entire evening rate ($6) for a total of $8. I was charged $18 by the automated gate system. There was no staff available and no staff answered the phone system which one is directed to use in case of problems.
