 - I made a reservation at this garage for this morning. I later found out Pennsylvania and 6th are closed due to events (saw on District website). I tried calling ParkMe. Phone number not connected. I called the garage. They appear open, but no one there understood my question. Can I get in via another street??? I have already paid, so I’ll attempt to figure out how to get to this garage via an open street. But someone at ParkMe or Colonial Parking should have been able to provide simple customer service. I got zero.

 - Lot provided ample, cost-effective parking in a safe enough environment right in all the busiest parts of the city. Easy sign-in procedure, only took around thirty seconds. Will definitely use again on my next visit!

 - The reservation process went smoothly, and once I found the lot, the attendant took the paper I had printed my reservation on and told me where to look for a space, which I was able to find. This particular lot is next to another lot and the signage was not especially visible while driving North. I would definitely use ParkMe again and - now that I know exactly where to find it - I would consider this lot.

 - The lot was very close to the national gallery and Newseum, my intended destinations. I saved $4 with the online price compared to the drive on price. The parking attendant was a bit confused with the reservation on my phone but he managed. Very convenient. Definitely would use this again.

 - The ParkMe reservation worked great. Knowing I'd have a spot when I arrived in DC (after a 3 hour drive) was important to me. Would have helped to know that it was a valet park facility. Had the entry line been longer I would not have known to pull around the car in front of me that had not been moved yet.

 - Being able to reserve a spot was such a stress reliever. It allowed us to get to DC when we wanted rather than worry about getting in early. The location is extremely close to the National Mall. There is also an Old Town Trolley stop across the street which is convenient if you use them to get around. The rate I paid online was the same as if I had just gone there which means you don't pay ridiculous added fees to use the service. I will use this service everywhere I go from now on. My only two complaints are that I couldn't receive my initial 10% discount like advertised and I was surprised to find that the garage was a valet only garage. I would have brought my valet key and locked everything in the trunk beforehand had I known. But our stuff was safe so it all worked out great. Looking forward to using this service in the future.

 - Easy as can be, and even closer than I expected to be. The only issue for me (and it is not a big deal, just a little disappointing) was that I expected to get 10% off my first reservation and could not find any way to get the discount. The convenience of it outweighed that minor hiccup

 - Easy reservation process and excellent daily rates. Our GPS took us right there and parking was seem less. Will book through ParkMe during subsequent visits to DC. Be mindful of an adjacent parking garage near lot 286 - Pennsylvania Avenue. Just look for the ParkMe sign. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for taking the stress out of parking.

 - Reserving a parking spot for the day was great. This was my first trip to DC and I always hear issues with parking, but I reserved online a parking spot close to the National Mall. I plugged the parking garage address into my GPS and I had no issues getting to the garage and everything was as described on the website. We parked and we were within 2 or 3 blocks of the National Mall, an easy walk. The parking rate for the day was great and I didn't have to worry about having my car towed. I will definitely return to DC and reserve my parking spot with ParkMe. Thank you for taking the stress out of finding a parking spot!

 - Everything was as described. The only thing I would do is let people know that there is another parking garage with the same address, and it comes before yours. When we got to that one, we went in , and then were told that it was the next garage with the same address.
