 - My car was scratched when parked by an attendant on the front right bumper. I'm 100% certain it occurred there as I noticed the fresh scratch at my next destination.

 - I parked here for a 5K race on a Sunday. The attendant gave me a ticket and directed me where to park. I was never told that the garage would close at a certain time. I got back to the garage at 12:15pm and the garage was CLOSED and no one would answer the number. I live all the way in Dumfries, VA and had to figure out how to get home, then go back there in the morning to get my car so I could get to work. This is completely unacceptable and an inconvenience and I would advise to park elsewhere.
