 - When my friends and I were trying to leave, all of the pay machines were broken. The people that worked there were trying to fix one of the machines, and would not let anyone leave the garage until they fixed it. The other customers got extremely agitated, and there was a confrontation. By far the most bizarre parking garage experience of my life. You can check in at any time you like, but you can never leave.
