- The worst parking lot in San Diego! Do not go here. The owner will straight up not give you a refund if you over pay the machine!! I put a 20$ in the machine to get $10 day pass and realized afterwards that the machine does not give change :( so I check 4 a number and nothing in site, go in next door to ask for a number to request my $ back. And the guy with a mustache totally rude starts yelling at me for making the mistake and doesn't know what the owner can do for me, I just said all I'm asking for is my change.. still talking to me like I'm scum for ruining his day... At this point I couldn't believe this was actually happening. Then when I get back to my car, the rude little employee is talking about me literally lying about me to the owner saying I was so rude to him and he had to ask me to leave the building!Insane! He lied about me right in front of me and the look on his face. I said 'are you guys really talking me? The owner whom I have never talked to in my life says to me "good luck getting your money, no one treats my employees like that, I said'like what!"He says "You were rude to so and so", I responded saying I wasn't rude to anyone!! And got in my car and left! I was speechless, I have never been treated so terribly, I couldn't believe that man runs a business with the complete disrespect he holds towards customers! The owners name is John, who ownes caps pizza and the lot, the rudest person I have ever been in contact with! All I wanted was my change!
