 - I have a small sudan so I don't know anything about upcharges for oversized vehicles. I have been doing the early bird special everyday for the last few months and I really have no complaints. They are polite, they usually have my car back in 10 minutes or less, and have the cheapest rates in the area. I went from paying around $40 a say to around $40 a week (a work a day from home.) I would recommend them to anyone.

 - This garage is terrible. Upcharged me $6 fir having an SUV after purchasing through online parking app where Upcharge was not disclosed. Terribly slow in retrieving car.

 - They over charged by $2.60 why? I don't know. There is no charge for $17.60 on the list was there for 1 hour and 30 seconds. So they charged me the 2 hour rate, this is how I remember because the guy was on his phone for literally 2 minutes before he came to the window which cost me an extra 5 but with the overcharge it cost me $7.60 more. I could care less about the $2.60 but the drivers hassle you for tips and they apparently overcharge you any chance they get. This is Criminal someone please look into their business practices.

 -  I was connected here through spot hero and parks for a day. I locked my glove box before I left, and when I came back to the car the box had obviously been jimmied. Now it’s loose and when I called both spot hero and that garage directly, neither one was willing to address my complaint. Park at your own risk, or at least let the management know you’ve heard about This
