1201 Walnut St Garage

 - I went into this garage because I had an appointment lasting 4 hours in Philadelphia. I chose this garage because of the convenience and the red and blue sign saying "$13 early bird special" and saw no other signs with any other rates so I assume this is the deal I would receive.. When I went to pay 2 of the 3 self service Kiosks' did not work and their was no manager around. I put my credit card into the working kiosk and printed my receipt for $8.. when I got home I found on my statement that the garage charged me $28. When I complained about this bait and switch and showed them the receipt the customer service they told me "The early bird special was no longer valid. The rate would be the $28. The receipt printed out incorrectly leaving the 2 out of the $28 that you paid." I was shocked at this... $20 means more to them than customers. I had a terrible experience with Parkway Corp Garages. They are not a reputable company. Avoid them at all cost.

 - Our attendant Kenesha, was extremely helpful. On Thursday, August 20, We had some trouble submitting our ticket & hotel discounts to the machine, so we got to see first hand what a capable attendant she is. Earlier, while I was waiting by the elevator for my wife, Kenesha asked, "Is everything ok?"She was both watchful and courteous, exactly what you need in a security/attendant. She exudes intelligent responsibility and elicits trust. The Parking Garage is well run and laid out, and I especially appreciate it for having Kenesha.
