- On Friday, Aug 18, 2017, I parked in #3 parking lot by 1515 Holcombe, Main MD Anderson building. The machine at the parking garage did not provide a receipt. I spoke with the service person when I pressed the button, and she promised to send me a receipt for $12. I did not get one.
This happened once before. I would like it for taxes(I'm out of state and I itemize for medical expenses).
The 2 chip/pay machines in the ground floor entrance haven't worked well over several months. I would appreciate a receipt (paid on Citi Visa card a bit before noon) and would appreciate your fixing the machines.
