- Terrible Parking Lot. Very deceptive! I received a parking ticket because there were no signs posted anywhere near where I parked my car or the lot entry way that stated there is no parking from sunset to sunrise. How would I know this fact? If the lot was closed then why was the lot open? The gate was open and there was no sign stating the rules! The parking lot or the city hasn’t properly informed the beach goers of the parking rules. Also, when I tried to the pay for the parking the display only stated "No rate is currently available for selection," from that I assumed the parking was free. This would have been a good time to state that the lot was closed and we would have left. We never wanted to violate any parking rules, we simply didn't know there was any rules because no rules were posted. This lot is very deceptive, the lack of posted parking rules clearly encourages a lot of citizens to innocently violate these undisclosed rules and be fined.
