- We have been monthly customers for many years. 2 weeks ago SP+ took over management of the lot and I and other customers I have spoken with are enraged. They don't answer to online request to bring the car up, I have had to wait 40 to 45 minutes for the car. Part of the problem is the attendants cannot speak English, I'm not saying fluent I'm talking zero. so I had to write down the car number for them. I'm sorry they haven't learned English yet-have the company send them to school. I have 2 brush marks on my car that were not there so they are claiming they didn't do it. I've never seen anything like this in any service business. Give it a year or less and ICON will be able to buy it back for peanuts. I hesitate to write as it will probably push prices up a other garages in the area but I was so aggravated by the way they handled the scratches I had to write.
