 - These people are scam artists. On 7th street the Movie theatre claims you can park there free and when you try to find anything that explains the rules or validation it is nowhere to be found. The signage and rules in the garage are nearly absent totally and they keep adding fees as you dispute the charge what a con

 - Don't park here. If you have a problem, you are basically screwed because the new owner here has people that don't want to help! I got a "ticket" from them that was at $90 within 60 days for what was supposed to be free parking! ( I ate at a restaurant that validates parking there.) I'll go somewhere else to eat from here on!
