- October 4, 2022 - This is the 2nd month this parking lot has not given me a receipt after I have paid $55 for the monthly parking pass. I have called and emailed several times and no problems have been solved. Every time I call they tell me that they are out of New Orleans and don't have anyone in this area. If you don't have someone able to run this lot then you shouldn't own this lot that you cant properly manage. I am not sure why this company doesn't have a simple email service set up to give you a receipt through email if you inquire about it. You have many professionals working in this area that have to provide a receipt for reimbursement. You all had no problem quickly taking out the $55.00 from my account but now can not provide me a receipt and parking sticker when the machine is out of paper. I am not recommending any of my coworkers to this lot for your lack of service. I have parked at this lot since March which no issues until September 2022.
