 - They stopped validating parking and told me it was an error they would fix. When I got high enough up the management ladder they admitted it was a change in policy and I would just be paying an extra $20 per day with no notice. As a tenant who pays rent to have an extra $100-150 per week added to my expenses with no notice is borderline criminal in my opinion.
