100 Congress

 - We parked for the ACL Fest on Saturday October 7thfor the &10 parking around 4pm. We returned to leave about 9 am. The machine in the lobby read our ticket as $48! My wife called the number on the machine, and the service guy said it was for full day parking, $3/hour. Even if this was calculated properly(which it wasn’t due to the $10 parking sign at the entrance) the most we should have paid was $18, not $48. We were told to come by the garage on Monday to speak with the mgr (completely inconvenient) to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the exit gate wouldn’t issue a receipt. Good thing we took a picture of the parking ticket before the machine swallowed it. This garage owes us $38! Park at you own risk.

 - Never tried to reserve a parking spot before. Easy! The one problem we had was that we had to get a ticket to leave from the attendant when we came in as we would be staying later than an attendant would be on duty. The attendant was not to be found until we found a telephone number to call him. He showed up shortly and we got the ticket to leave from him. All in all a great service as the concert we attended was packed. Thank you!
