 - I would recommend this parking lots. This is the cheapest parking lots close to my working place, only need to walk 7 mins. And I really like the customer service here, I had a hard time two days ago, my dtla company suddenly informs us that they have to close the office, and then i lost my job without any prediction. I tried to talked with their manager, and eventually they refund me all the money. As the parking policy there is no refund, but they took my case as an expectation. I do really appreciated that.

 - If you don't have any options, this is fine. I don't like when they stack cars and it's the only lot I can recall that actually charges an amount that ends in $*.50. Either round it up or round it down, seriously.
