 - WE PARKED HERE LAST NIGHT 10/23/22 AND WE WERE ONLY THERE 2 HOURS AND WERE CHARGED $56.00 ??! That was RIDICULOUS! What are the actual rates here??
- Kim S.
 - I was completely stunned when I paid for my parking yesterday. The rate you have posted online is $21.00. But the ACTUAL cost was $55.00 on a sign posted near the machines on the ground floor. When did this hike occur or are we being gouged for the holidays?
- Rick S.
 - Yep, $54 for just over 3 hours! Every other lot is about $30. I will never park there again

 - I find it unreasonable to charge $54 to park for 3 hours, but if I paid in advance it is only $21. $33 is quite a premium to charge for not having a reservation. Restaurants don't charge a premium for walk-ins, I don't see why parking does. Next time I will leave my car at home and use public transit.

 - Although this lot is near the Chicago theater, It was horrible getting out of the parking lot. I’m so glad there was no emergency.it took almost an hour to get from the 8th floor to the ground , there should have been some type of exit plan.

 - I parked in your garage on Wed. 3/20 at about 1:30p.m. to attend the play at the Nederlander Theater. It was over at about 3:40 and I returned immediately to the garage. I was charged $54.00 to park my car!!!!! There was a long line behind me, so I just paid it. I did not see where I could do anything else. That is an unconsionable amount of money to park on a Wednesday afternoon for about 2 1/2 hours! Is there something you can do? I am 77 years old!

 - Nice garage very convenient to many downtown offices & stores
