 - Parking attendant made us double to get out of the lot over a technical issue on his end.

 -  Worst experience ever. I paid for parking, leave my car parked while I go to the Northwestern hospital and when I return after a very long day, I find that someone keyed my car. I contacted the attendants and asked about their video cameras to catch the person who did this. To my surprise, the attendant told me they only have cameras near the exit to the parking garage and not on any other floor. This is dangerous and ridiculous. Today it was my car being damaged but what if tomorrow it’s someone getting assaulted or worse. There’s no cameras and only one security car that you rarely see. Cameras should be installed for people’s safety. Anyone can enter the parking garage and can commit a crime on any of the floors without getting caught. This is dangerous and unacceptable. People need safety. Northwestern is a huge hospital making millions, they should push to have cameras in this parking garage for the safety of their employees and patients. The parking garage staff did not resolve this situation. They just shrugged it off and told me to take it up with Northwestern. My car is damaged and I know the parking garage has insurance to cover costs of damage. I will be seeking an attorney and do not recommend anyone to use this parking garage. Park somewhere safer! They didn’t do shit for my car aside from shrug it off. I have to pay to get this fixed, using money from my own pockets when I paid for the parking. The parking garage made a huge error of not providing cameras on t
