710 Albany St Garage

 - Long day visiting family at the hospital... Went to pay for parking and realized I forgot to get ticket validated when I go to pay. The woman in the pay station office was very rude and just pointed saying next door with no explanation. I go next door to get my ticket validated and the woman in the transportation office was equally rude. Wasting 5 minutes of my time arguing about how I didn't have "proof" that I was visiting a patient so she couldn't validate my ticket. Good riddance. I only paid the $40 so I could leave. Why are all the employees so rude and unhelpful here?! do they not realize being a patient or visitor to a hospital is stressful enough?? next time I'll just Uber or take public transit. Not worth the hassle parking here.

 - 12-28-16= Time In 11:22/ Time Out 11:51 ; Charged $7.00. WOW + Rude parking Attedents Verable Abuse Dissabled, sick people. etc.

 - Decent lot. The only thing is customer service there is very poor. They will charge you the full 30 dollars for parking 7 plus hours even with validation that is supposed to be 7 dollars. Not all but most employees at the payment garage are very rude, talk to you how they want, they dont speak much English and I see many people who park there have issues with the customer service there too when I went to pay.
