- It took me thirty two minutes to get out of your lot. My ticket and charge would not open the gate to get out. After five minutes I called for assistance. The attendant gave me instructions to no avail. I asked for someone to come down and help me. I waited about ten minutes, no one came . I backed up and tried the other exit. I used two different cards. I called assistance again. I was told no one was coming to help me because I should be able to do it myself. Some assistance and customer service. The only way I got out of there was that a very nice passerby who had a monthly ticket helped me get out. Never have I ever had such NO Service!!!! Horrible.'!!!! The employees working Saturday 9-22-17 should be fired.
