- I parked there at 6:35 pm on 8/12/19 for 2 hours paying $15. I came back after an hour to find a board at the entrance advertising the rate to be $10 from 5pm to 8am. I spoke to the attendant on duty about this rate and why was I charged $ 15 instead of $10.He said it was a mistake and refused to return my $5.What kind of business practice is this???
