- The attendant here is extremely rude., I had to pick my car earlier than the time I had told him I was going to be back which I made myself very clear by saying I am going to return appropriately by **** when the attendant saw me that I came to retrieve my car earlier he got extremely upset & told me “You said you were going to pick up your car by ****, I gave a ticket 🎫 with our number, you were supposed to call 📱 us at least 5 minutes in advance to have your vehicle 🚗 ready,” my response was “Sir firstly you did not instruct me of such thing, how am I supposed to know that if I had to pick my vehicle 🚗 earlier I was supposed to call, if you didn’t say anything of such sort & just handed me the ticket 🎫! This gentleman keep going on with his nonsense & went as far to respond to me by saying “Well you were supposed call in advance because we have to remove/move other vehicles 🚗 to get yours out”! Mind you that the other attendant that was also working there had the vehicle out in less than 2 minutes 😑😑! This gentleman somehow woke up on the wrong side of the 🛌 that day & decided to be rude, patronizing, & condescending to me when he was the one in the wrong for failing to instruct me of such thing 🤷🏻♀️! How am I supposed to know that I must call if I am not told to do so & also taking into consideration that I was on my way to a Police 👮🏻 Job Hiring Event as if calling this parking garage was a top priority on my list 😑🤷🏻♀️!
