 - Parking lot elevators were turned of on the weekends as per management request.. my wife is in a wheelchair and the parking facility had no means for her to exit the underground parking. The parking attendants were very rude and disrespectful..

 - My car had an attempted break in in your lot and there is damage to my passenger door that was dismissed by your attendants. After further investigation the damage is more extensive. I am unable to reach anyone via telephone to address this matter. I was staying at Hilton and this was the garage they had me park at. I would like someone to contact me in reference to this.
