- Always make sure you check your car before leaving the parking. I didn't do and after I left the parking, I noticed that my car was hit from the side and it had a big dent and scratch on the side (Body shops asked me $500-550 to fix it). I reported it to Murray Park Garage on the next day, since I wouldn't be able to come back from NJ on the same evening. The manager, who is very nice guy took report and told me they would check cameras and see what happened and would they could do. About a week later, he told me they would fix it because they didn't see the damage on the car when I entered. They never showed me video, but they never denied damaged happened there. I am sure they saw on the video what happened. I for sure know it happened there. The car was not damaged when I entered parking. For couple weeks they told me they would fix it. After lady called me and told me the mechanic would call me to see the car. I spoke to her twice. During second call she told me, since I didn't file claim before leaving the parking, their boss would not fix, but they would see if I could get couple days of free parking. Since then neither her nor mechanic called me. Now I have to pay over $500 to fix my car. I still used to park there because it's relatively cheaper and close to my work, but I think form now I will not park there.
