- I called them for minimal information to see if my car would be safe. The attendant on the phone refused to answer 2 simple questions on the size of the garage and safety. When I asked about pricing to rent a space for a year, he demanded the make and model of my car. I gave him the make and he still wanted more information. Finally he said $650 per month. Shortly thereafter, I found this website which quoted the monthly price nearly $200 cheaper. I would have been an easy customer having just moved to the upper East side. Too bad. There was no reason for this negative interaction unless they have something to hide. Very disappointed
